Behind mill De Wachter is a workshop where old skills are being
demonstrated by volunteers. This man shows how ginger cookies are made
in the old fashioned way: dough is being pressed into a mal on a wooden
'ginger cookie cutting board' where they come out in the shape of a mill.
The cookies lying in front of him are ready to be put into the oven.
They tasted really good! (photo 24Jul21)
This is really interesting to see, a real art. I expect they were very delicious.
